Hi Gary,

Your post is very well written, and I couldn't agree with you more.

"What the media refuses to tell you is that there are reasonable white people in this country who disagree with the chosen one," was my favorite line, you couldn't have made the truth any clearer.

As for Jimmy Carter's race based comments about the massive tea-party protest in D.C., let us look back at Jimmy Carter. Here is a man that when he ran against Reagan in '80 just like Corzine today Jimmy ran only negative attack ads and none on his own record.

Also Jimmy would go to African-American crowds and openly condemn Governor Reagan as a racist opposed to the 1964 Civil Rights Act just because Reagan endorsed Barry Goldwater, who was also vilified as a racist when in fact he was not.

Then 30 years after Carter's landslide defeat he writes a book calling Israel an apartheid state. Many in the Jewish community, including many Democrats, view Carter as an anti-Semite.

When Democrats have no intelligent defense, they quickly make use of the race card, which bares the question forward: Are Democrats the real racists? After all President Jefferson Davis of the Confederacy was a registered Democrat and the KKK was originally organized by resisted Democrats.

But then again, pointing fingers at who is racist will not lead us to a post-racial society as you in fact say in your article Gary.

But enough with Jimmy Carter, or as Ricky and I like to call him--"History's Greatest Monster."

After reading the Newsweek article, I have come to the following conclusion: Any publication that publishes that article automatically discredits itself as a serious and reliable new-source!

Like serious, Newsweek in my mind is more satirical than Mad Magazine, at this point.

Anyway, I really enjoyed your article it was well written and articulated.

"Is Your Baby a Racist?"- That is the dumbest thing I have ever read. I agree, this whole thing is getting out of control. I am POSITIVE that most people who do not like Obama hate his socialist policies and do not base their dislike on his race. I think that enough is enough. I am also conservative and if Obama were white I would dislike him and his policies just as much as I do now. I strongly agree with everything you said and I think that you express how many people feel and the aggravation we are all going through.
