Dear Friends,

The Seton Hall University College Republicans proudly support Kathleen Donovan in her bid to become the next Executive of Bergen County.

In a time when families throughout Bergen County are suffering from the worst economy in America in decades, taxes are on the rise, burdening Bergen’s tax payers with ever larger bills from municipalities, the county and state. In that time, he has voted consistently with Democratic leadership to increase the size government, to increase taxes and to increase spending, setting our nation on an unsustainable path. Should Americans continue to send legislators like Bill Pascrell to Washington, D.C., America could very well become the next Greece. America is, in fact, not “too big to fail” as Democratic leaders have told us. continue reading…

Today’s quote of the day goes to State Senator Michael Doherty (R- Washington Township), a staunch conservative, who is backing moderate Congressman Leonard Lance for reelection over a more conservative challenger in the primary.

When asked why, Doherty had this to say: “there are better targets to go after. Democrats, for instance.”

Which one is fair and balanced? On MSNBC, Olbermann cut Brown’s victory speech to rant about “teabagging” and racism. Well, anyone surprised?
